IN THE HEART OF PONTEVEDRA
A Finquiña is a typical Galician country house, located in San Xoán de Poio (Pontevedra, Spain). It is placed on a plot of 1850 square meters, its construction dates from 1946, being completely restored in 2017/2018, maintaining its style and adding all modern comforts.
During the rehabilitation we have respected all exterior walls and some of the interior ones, leaving the original stone of the house uncovered. The floors are made of stone (in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms), and of floating floor in the bedrooms.

The house has space for 12 guests, distributed in 6 rooms (each with its own bathroom) and two floors. Of course, the usual services are guaranteed: bed linen, heating, television, internet connection (Wi-Fi), complete kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc). And if you come by car, there is a private parking at your disposal.

A Finquiña is situated in a quiet area overlooking San Xoán de Poio. It is surrounded by a large garden including swimming pool (with sun loungers), several terraces, parking and various fruit trees.
